Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits charged for it are refunded to your balance automatically.

Unused credit packs

If you purchased a credit pack within the last 7 days and haven't used any of its credits, contact [email protected] for a full refund.

Partially used packs

Packs that have been partially used are refunded pro-rata at our discretion where required by law.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your account email and order details. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
